-You must request a return authorization number from us within 7 days after receiving your order.
-Place your item back in the bag or box with your original packing slip. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the return package.
-Your return must be postmarked within 5 days of requesting your return authorization number.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached in order to be accepted as a return.
-Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification that your refund or store credit has been processed to the original payment method.
Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund/store credit. If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP and we will work with you to expedite the process! Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
You can receive a refund on all products except those marked “store credit only” or "sale." There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns for refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
You can receive store credit on all products, equivalent to the total value of your product purchase. Store credit is considered a payment method and is valid for five years after the issue date. Store credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise, it cannot cannot be used towards shipping costs. To use your store credit, enter the code in the box called “Promotional Code” in your Shopping Bag. Click the button called "Apply Code" to see the new adjusted price once the code has been applied.
